Vivian Spellman - Office Manager/Receptionist

I joined Dr. Soria’s practice in September of 1995, bringing with me more then 25 years of experience in the heath care field dealing with insurance and insurance companies. Currently I manage all of the front desks tasks such as scheduling appointments, setting up financial arrangements and submissions for insurance. I previously worked as an office manager at Northwestern Ohio General Hospital, Seeley Medical and in a dental practice.

My greatest pleasure is the interaction with the people and I try to show that quality with all our patients. Our patients really seem to appreciate my extensive knowledge in dealing with insurance and financial arrangements; it really puts them at ease.

In August of 2003 I was privileged to have double knee replacement surgery. That may sound odd but the surgery has brought about a huge change in my life and outlook. I received great support from my employer, co-workers, patients and most of all my family.
