Financing/Payments – Flexible • Affordable

Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual’s physical and psychological well being. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle when considering these important dental services. To help fulfill these financial obligations, we provide the following payment options.

Financing Options…

Payment in Full:
• At the time of service: Visa/Mastercard/Discover
• A 5% courtesy will be given at the beginning when treatment is paid in full for treatments over $1000.

Dental Fee Plan
• No initial payment with low, fixed interest rates. No prepayment penalty
• Payment plans range from 18-60 months with low payments

CareCredit
• Interest free payments up to 12 months

Office Payment Plan
• One-Half is due at the beginning of treatment. The balance must be paid at the end of each phase of treatment.

New Patients:
• Cash, Check or Credit card is required at first visits

For fees under $1,000
• Payment by cash, check or credit card is required at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, the insurance reimbursement will go directly to you.

For all other services with patients of record
• P ayment arrangements may be made in advance through administrative staff. In treatments involving the dental laboratory, we require 1/3 payment since we are on a cash basis with our laboratory. Different options are available on the balance upon request.
